Q. HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?

A. As our solutions are customized to each situation, there is no set pricing for any job. We will work with you and your budget to provide what you need. On the low end, we can devise a plan to organize your space and you execute the plan, including buying your own storage components.

When you think about budget and whether or not you need help from professionals, you will need to be honest with yourself. What, realistically, can you do on your own? Whether or not you hire us, keep your mind on the end result. Remind yourself of how much better you will feel with an organized space. And remember how the stress of an unorganized space can take a toll on your body and spirit.

If you would like to know more about us, we provide a free initial consultation to assess what type of services you may require. Based on the selected services and products, we will provide you with a detailed proposal showing you the associated costs.

 

Q. HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

A. It depends on the job, mostly. There is consultation with you, devising a plan, the actual task of organizing the space, and then follow-up reviews. If you want to have a sale of your things, for example, it could take a minimum of two weeks to assess the items to be sold, categorize and price the items, advertise, hold the actual sale, and then dispose of the leftover items.

 

Q. WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH THE THINGS THAT NO LONGER FIT IN MY SPACE?

A. We will make recommendations on how to sell or give-away these items. Sometimes, it makes more sense to give them away and use the receipt for tax purposes. We may also recommend online auctions or consignment stores.

 

Q. HOW WILL YOU PRICE ITEMS FOR SALE?

A. We will recommend prices to motivate buyers. This may or may not be what you paid or what you think it is worth. When you feel torn about keeping something because of price, you will need to ask yourself: do you want to keep something for another year to get the right price, or do you want to start your improved, organized life now?

 

Q. HOW DO I KNOW I WON'T BE DISORGANIZED A YEAR FROM NOW?

A. If you are a "pack rat" and hate to part with anything, you may have difficulty picturing yourself living in an organized, de-cluttered environment. But once you experience the freedom of living without, you'll be much more inclined to keep it that way. In our experience, there is a transformation in the living space as well as in your life. If you prefer, we offer follow-up visits to ensure the solutions are working for you.
